What Do Most Sessions Looks Like?

Sessions are tailored to each individual’s goals and desired outcomes. Some clients prefer short-term counseling with targeted interventions, while others choose a more reflective approach to process week-to-week events.

Targeted Interventions
In this approach, we collaborate to design a wellness plan. Each session is structured to focus on specific areas of functioning or thought patterns that may be affecting your well-being. The aim is to address challenges directly and provide practical strategies you can apply between sessions.

Processing Week-to-Week
This approach is more in-depth and gradual. You bring experiences that feel significant, and together we explore your feelings and responses. Over time, we identify patterns, increase self-awareness, highlight areas for growth, and build intrinsic motivation for lasting change.

What Should I Expect During My Consultation?

During your first consultation, we'll explore the reasons you're seeking support and assess whether we’re a good fit to work together. This is your space to share what’s currently alive for you-whether it’s what you're creating in the world or the challenges holding you back. We'll discuss your goals and how I can support you moving forward. At the end of our consultation, we’ll schedule your first session to dive deeper into your journey.

What Should I Expect After My Consultation?

After this initial consultation, you may choose to become my client. You will leave with a renewed perspective and a clearer path ahead. I simply ask that you enter this process with a genuine willingness to grow and openness to change. Together, we will work on reconnecting you to your life, your peace of mind, and your sense of identity.

Guidelines moving forward:

  • Once we fix a date and time for our next session, you will need to confirm it 48 hours before by sending the consultation fee via e‑transfer. Without this confirmation, the appointment will be released.

  • When you rebook at the end of a session, I commit to sending you within 24 hours personalized exercises and a blog article aligned with the topic we explored.

  • By reserving your spot, you affirm your commitment to yourself and to our work together, ensuring continuity and steady progress.
